Added World, Entity & Player wrappers

- LuaWrapper.cpp/lua_autopush was updated to support CNSocket*
- Added basic getters added for Entity, (x, y, z & type)
- Added basic getter for Player, (name)
- Added bases getter for World, (version)
- Added World.onPlayerAdded & World.onPlayerRemoved events
