[refactor] Remove the word 'Manager' from most source files/namespaces ChatManager -> Chat MissionManager -> Missions NanoManager -> Nanos TransportManager -> Transport ChunkManager -> Chunking BuddyManager -> Buddies GroupManager -> Groups RacingManager -> Racing ItemManager -> Items NPCManager and PlayerManager remain.
