Add paths for cars and the Ghost Ducks

The car paths are a combination of carefully researched paths done by
gruntwork contributors; and quick-and-dirty placeholder car paths done
by Plants10000 originally for Retrobution. A comment field has been used
to distinguish them. The former are marked "car path" and the latter are
marked "temp car path". The 3 Ghost Ducks are "ghost duck path".
