Location of the "user directory": on Windows it is the `user` folder along with Citra; on Mac OS X or Linux (?) it is `~/.local/share/citra-emu/` Location of the "User Directory": on Windows it is the user folder in the same directory as the Citra executable. on macOS and Linux it is at ~/.local/share/citra-emu/
