## Last build before the core timing rewrite
The [core timing rewrite](https://github.com/citra-emu/citra/pull/4913) fixed many issues on Citra when it was first released, but caused performance issues on a very small number of games, such as Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker 3 Professional.
